Clio Holdings, a portfolio company of Oakland Standard and O2 Investment Partners, has acquired Top Master. Quarton International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Clio in arranging the financing for the transaction.

Based in Kansas City, Kansas, Top Master is the largest fabricator of countertops in the Midwest with six locations, primarily serving the Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska markets. Top Master designs, fabricates and installs a line of custom countertop products, including natural stone and solid surface, that are sold in both residential and commercial applications.

Clio Holdings (www.clioholdings.com) was formed to partner with leading regional countertop suppliers and fabricators to provide the capital and operational expertise to upgrade, differentiate and professionalize a highly fragmented industry. Following the acquisition of Solid Surfaces, Clio has a nine-state footprint serving a full spectrum within the countertop industry, from new homebuilders and commercial contractors to kitchen/bath dealers and home improvement centers. Clio is actively seeking new opportunities in major metro areas across the United States.
