Fleuron is a leading provider of premium drapery hardware to the design trade. The Company operates under three brands: The Finial Company, Paris Texas Hardware and Gould New York.
Quarton International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Ancor Capital Partners, working closely with the management team and shareholders throughout the sale process.
