Gene P. Bitonti has over 15 years of investment banking experience representing clients in a variety of transaction types including sell side M&A, acquisitions, private placements of senior and subordinated debt, as well as restructuring, bankruptcy and fairness opinions. His transaction experience includes privately held and publicly traded companies, as well as private equity firms in both domestic and cross-border transactions in a variety of industry sectors including automotive, aerospace and defense, distribution, business services, industrial manufacturing and information technology. Prior to joining Quarton, Mr. Bitonti held roles as an investment banker with KPMG Corporate Finance, P&M Corporate Finance and Stout Risius Ross. He began his career at Plante & Moran providing accounting and financial advisory services to clients.
Mr. Bitonti graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Accounting, and holds an M.B.A. with a dual emphasis in Professional Accounting and Finance from Michigan State University. Mr. Bitonti is a licensed securities representative, holding his Series 7, 63 and 79 registrations and is also a certified public accountant.
Mr. Bitonti is married and has four children.
