Mark J. Horvick has more than a decade of experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings and other strategic transactions. Mr. Horvick has represented dozens of middle market companies, completing transactions for and with entrepreneurs, private equity groups and public companies in a broad range of industries. Prior to joining Quarton, Mr. Horvick was a principal at Greene Holcomb Fisher (now BMO Capital Markets), a boutique sell-side investment bank. Mr. Horvick began his career practicing law at Kirkland & Ellis, where he focused on representing private equity clients on M&A transactions and other corporate matters.
Mr. Horvick graduated from Augsburg College with a B.A. in business administration. He also earned his J.D./M.B.A. from Indiana University – Bloomington. Mr. Horvick is a licensed securities representative, holding his Series 63 and 79 registrations.
Mr. Horvick is married and has two children.
