Quarton Partners advises Huron Capital Partners in its sale of American Mobility to Banyan Investment Partners.


American Mobility and Guest Services, Inc., a portfolio company of Huron Capital Partners, was acquired by Banyan Investment Partners. Quarton Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Huron Capital and American Mobility in managing the sale process.


American Mobility and Guest Services offers fleet management programs to hundreds of entertainment venues in North America, Europe and Asia. In total, American Mobility manages a fleet of over 40,000 strollers, wheelchairs and electric convenience vehicles that it leases to theme and amusement parks, zoos, aquariums, museums and casinos under a revenue sharing model. Headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts, American Mobility works with 47 of the top 50 amusement and theme parks and zoos in North America.

Buyer / Investor

Banyan Investment Partners is a private equity firm based in Miami, Florida that provides private equity and mezzanine capital. Banyan currently has over $400 million of committed capital under management.
