Quest Technologies, LLC, a division of TRP International, was acquired by The Cequent Group. The principals of Quarton Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to TRP.


Quest Technologies, LLC, located in Elkhart, Indiana, provides stamping products and services to steel-product manufacturers. Quest manufactures a diverse array of components, including patented fifth wheel hitch systems, fifth wheel pin box couplers, gooseneck couplers, recreational vehicle (“RV”) security products, axle stampings, torsion brackets and other related accessories. TRP International manufactures, wholesales and distributes RV and light duty trailer parts. The Company’s products and services include bearings, spindles, axle components, brake products, pin boxes, kingpins, metal fabrication and stamping.
